Currently seeking an Assembly Line Associate to work with an automotive manufacturing company in Sterling Heights, MI. The Assembly Line Associate will be trained on how to connect and add small parts to the bumpers including hand bolts, screws, clips, and brackets. Air drills will be used from time to time to tighten the parts. Once the bumper is completed, the Assembly Line Associate will sort and place the bumper onto a rack. (Bumpers can weigh up to 50 lbs.)
Compensation and Benefits for the Assembly Line Associate:
Shifts:
1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm (sometimes until 6pm depending on production needs)
3rd Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am
Overtime required due to production needs, 12 hour shifts on some days.
Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays, depending on production needs.
Compensation:
1st Shift: $15.50/HR
3rd Shift: $15.50/HR + $1.50 Shift Premium = $17.00/HR

Requirements
Requirements of the Assembly Line Associate:
- Must be able to submit to a background check.
- Must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
- Must be able stand for 10-12 hours.
- Listen to directions from supervisors.
- Ability to use tools.
- Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal).
- Report errors on production line.
- Must be a team player and willing to work with those in their assigned lines or groups.
