The New Product Introduction Project Manager will be responsible for driving forward new product introduction and changeover projects and ensuring deliverables are on time and complete. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and driving successful product launches from concept to commercialization. Your role will involve coordinating all project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards, and mitigating risks throughout the NPI lifecycle. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and management skills, along with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope in the manufacturing or product development industry.
Requirements
Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, CPG preferred
Cross functional team leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem identification and solving skills
Experience using and building complex Gantt Charts
Proficiency using project management software[1]
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
