Key Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
- Exceptional academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor from a top law school
- Knowledge and understanding of construction law
- Admitted to the Bar in Illinois
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Partners across multiple practice groups on a broad range of sophisticated matters
- High level drafting and negotiation of complex transactional documents, such as EPC, engineering, construction, service and licensing agreements
- Manage and train junior associates
