Job Description:

The PMO Global Digital Commerce plays a critical role in the Global Digital Commerce Center of Excellence team - the global dComm COE team sets The Company's long-term eCommerce strategy & roadmap and works with BUs to drive the eComm ambition and cascades enterprise eComm strategy to BU (Business Unit). The COE team also provides thought-leadership, shares best practices, develops playbooks and provides trainings.

Primary responsibility of PMO will be to coordinate and drive in-market execute 'Project Snowball' (Strategic Project for dComm Team). Assist in other responsibilities/projects (20% of time commitment)

Project Snowball responsibilities (80% of time commitment):
* Finalizing the transition plan based on all needs i.e., from new agency, incumbents and The Company's colleagues - to get to ONE master plan that is aligned across all stakeholders
* Pulling together the subsequent key milestones and timeline
* Scheduling all meetings according to agreed governance - for instance
- The Company's Internal Core Team (weekly)
- The Company's Internal Core Team + BU Transition Leads (Bi-Weekly) - to inform key RAG status and updates across BUs for action and SteerCo
- Internal Core Team + New Agency (Weekly)
- Internal Core Team + Incumbent (Weekly then Bi-Weekly)
- Internal Core Team + MDS for data ingestion (Bi-Weekly)
- Internal Core Team + Procurement (Bi-Weekly)
- Internal Core Team + Snr Leader SteerCo (Monthly)
* Preparing and leading the agenda and pre-reads for all meetings as laid out above and for the SteerCo, preparing and presenting the RAG status across all transition deliverables/details across all BUs and key milestone summary/progress updates/survey findings/onboarding updates etc
* Responsible and Accountable for all communications internally i.e., on progress and externally on key asks
* For wider community to keep all informed a Monthly Newsletter is advised
* Responsible and Accountable for drawing up a recommended on-boarding plan for the BUs to execute
* Responsible and Accountable for creating a sharing platform for all onboarding content/sharing internally and externally
* Responsible and Accountable for designing an on-going internal feedback survey to monitor transition progress (suggested cadence to be monthly and not too soon/target based on transition phasing)

- Analyze Results
- Share results
- Design action plans accordingly and share/communicate to relevant teams + SteerCo in monthly meetings as part of the update
* Ultimately be the key point of escalation for all internal and external teams and responsible for any actions required to eradicate any challenges/barriers - ensuring transition success
* Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery

What you will bring
* Graduate Degree is required
* Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in project management
* Excellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to steering committee members
* Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelines
* Strong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project delivery
* Knowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutions
* Stakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision making
* Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners
* Strong conceptual and analytic skills - enjoys problem solving
* Experience managing and influencing senior executive stakeholders

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $52.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
