Responsibilities:

• Lead data analytics projects, integrating Tableau as a core tool for visualizing and interpreting data.
• Partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate these into actionable Tableau-based analytics solutions.
• Manage project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations in terms of quality and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports to provide insightful data visualizations and business intelligence solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects, ensuring alignment with Amplifys strategic goals and client objectives.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members on Tableau development and best practices in data visualization.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating complex data concepts in an accessible manner.
• Facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies within the team to enhance project delivery and team performance.
• Utilize a data-driven approach to inform project strategies and improve outcomes, leveraging Tableau analytics for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Analytics Consultant, with 3-5+ years in a Senior Tableau development role and a project lead role.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau leveraging features that drive optimization such as parameters, LOD's, sheet swapping, etc.
• Standard Tableau knowledge including dashboard creation, data modeling, and visual analytics, and knowing how to best optimize modeling data in Tableau directly or through data warehouse.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage data analytics projects, with a track record of successful delivery.
• Solid understanding of data analytics principles, data structures, and business intelligence trends.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with other BI tools, SQL, and data warehousing concepts is advantageous.

We consider a variety of factors when making compensation decisions and do not hire employees at the highest point of the pay range, targeting around the 50th percentile of the range. We share this to ensure transparency and set expectations for those considering opportunities with us. As you excel at Amplify, there is potential for salary increases and promotions. If you were to remain in this role, there is earning potential for this level of $150,000. The beginning salary range for this role is $20,000 - $135,000.
