Marigold Health is currently hiring a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technician with experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to join our team in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area. Job Description IBHS- ABA Service Staffing (5240.11- 5240.12)
Behavioral Health Technician ABA - consists of implementing the ITP.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collection of data under the direction of a behavior specialist analyst.
- Model interventions are needed to assist the parent or caregiver to address the childs, youths or young adults goals and objectives specified in the ITP.
- Instruction on how the child, youth or young adult can direct, manage and control targeted behaviors.
- Assistance with the development of socially acceptable behaviors.
- Problem solving skill development to address skill deficits.
- Referrals to other necessary services and supports.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must obtain a current RBT, BCAT or other behavior analysis certification within 18 months of being hired(link removed) If not, the BHT-ABA must meet one of the following:
- Bachelors degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, counseling, education or related field from an accredited college and university.
- Equivalent degree from a foreign college or university.
- Associate degree or at least 60 credits towards a bachelors degree with 12 credits in providing ABA and a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in the provision of ABA.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekends as needed
