We are looking for individuals to fill positions as Machine Operators, Packagers, and Order Fulfillment team members. Our customer is a family-operated gourmet coffee roaster located in Le Center, MN. In partnership, we are in search of hard working; high energy individuals with a passion for the work they do! There is room for growth within this company as they prepare to expand to meet the needs of a rapidly developing business!

Multiple Shifts Available:
Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM
Monday-Thursday: 9:00AM-5:30PM, Friday: 7:00AM-3:30PM
Monday-Thursday 2:30PM-5:30PM (Part Time)

Responsibilities:
Learn and operate various packaging equipment in the plant
Adhere to GMPs, Quality, and Food Safety requirements
Implement quality control measures when necessary
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety rules

Skills:
Ability to work as part of a team
Being comfortable wearing required PPE

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Availability to work 40 hours per week, including additional hours as needed
Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Basic English reading, writing, and interpretation skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word)
Consistent and punctual attendance
Ability to lift 40 lbs. safely and frequently
