Our client is a top tier US law firm (Am law 50), ranked highly for their work in Corporate, M&A and Private equity in the US. They have a very well-established team which consistently works on some of the largest and complex matters in the market.

They are currently seeking a mid-level associate (3+ PQE) to join their Boston office in their growing Private Equity team. The salary for the position will be $250k+, and the firm has no set billable hour requirement.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• At least 3 years of experience working in Private Equity at a top AMLAW 50 firm.
• Strong academics, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
