SAP Business System Analyst (Enterprise Warehouse Management)

Position Responsibilities:
Understand business processes and provide IT solutions to business problems
Accurately gather business requirements and documenting them into business requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications
Elicit and document requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis
Identifying, defining, documenting, and solving problems or situations that require attention or improvement
Analyze, design and champion software solutions thru configuring SAP
Guide consultants in configuring SAP to solve business issues
Translate requirements into technical solutions for developers
Developing functional, integration, regression, and stress test plans for software supported
Create and update system, user, testing and training documentation
Managing project work, enhancements, and fixes, from the request and requirements stage through build, test, and deployment
Position Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in computer science, management information systems or related field preferred
5+ years of experience supporting SAP SD focused on logistics
3+ years of experience supporting Warehouse Management
Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) experience preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with translating requirements into technical solutions for developers.
Experience with SAP TM (Transportation Management) and/or S/4HANA migrations is a plus
Some travel may be required- 10%

The client is committed to phone and video interviews and making a remote hire with the clear understanding that when the COVID-19 situation concludes and people are able to safely work in the offices again, that this candidate will be expected to be moving to Boise, Idaho and be full-time in their offices in this role in a reasonable timeframe.
MUST HAVE:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field.
Over 5 years of experience supporting SAP SD focused on logistics.
Over 3 years of experience supporting Warehouse Management.
Experience in the Food, Beverage or CPG industry.
Experience in working at the global level.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
NICE TO HAVE:
Enterprise Warehouse Management experience.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS:
The perfect candidate for this role would be a strong SAP Business Analyst from the food or beverage or consumer packaged goods industry with proficiency in analyzing as well as solving technical problems for the software developers. Our client highly prefers someone who has worked with Enterprise Warehouse Management System and has exposure to working with teams and associates at the global level.
