Job Description and Duties

The Office Technician (General) (OT-G) performs administrative support functions for the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Enterprise Technology Services (ETS). The OT-G is responsible for the attendance functions of ETS and supports a variety of other Human Resources (HR) related tasks. The Attendance Coordinator position is currently entirely remote, and will only go in as needed on rare occasion.

ETS establishes IT policy and standards and ensures compliance with state and federal laws and regulations regarding the use of IT and the safeguarding of electronic information; supports a complex portfolio of program systems.
