Job Summary

A Transmission Right of Way Agent is needed for a world class utility company in the Tulsa, OK (hybrid) area. This role involves managing and coordinating a portfolio of small to large transmission projects, overseeing right-of-way vendors, providing effective communication and leadership to ensure on-time and within-budget project completion, with a focus on project management, real estate acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency in GIS mapping and databases.

salary: $23.06 - 37.85 per hour

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: Associates

Responsibilities

  • Ability to convey vision, strategy, or other complex information effectively with the ability to influence and drive results.
  • Support and demonstrate the ability to provide the organization of project activities, delegate project task assignments, set staff requirements and expectations, and hold staff accountable.
  • This position consults with and/or advises the TROW Supervisor, TROW Manager, and/or Project Managers on matters pertaining to the policies and procedures governing the acquisition of land and land rights.

  • Effective communication with stakeholders, including team members, sponsors, management, and senior management.
  • Demonstrate skills in conflict management and organizational problem-solving.

Education And Experience

  • Associates degree plus three (3) years related experience or
  • Bachelor of Science degree plus two (2) years' related experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of related experience.
  • Possession of a professional certificate (e.g., IR/WA, SR/WA, PMP) and prior experience in a leadership position and/or project management is a plus.
