What It's Like:

ServiceNow CI Librarians are responsible for the care of the Configuration Items in ServiceNow CMDB. The Librarians directly impact correctness, completeness and compliance of the CIs in the CMDB. These efforts support stability/reliability, security and Application Rationalization (chasing waste) across the TMO Enterprise. This often takes a large amount of Research and Analysis. Librarians are constantly looking for way to make using the system easier for users and efficiencies for the Librarian themselves.

What You'll Do:

Data Certification: Users are asked to certify correctness, completeness and compliance during this Certification period. It is the Librarian task to research any tasks that are a result of the Data Certification such as: User: I dont own these CIs: CIs are not related to my Application, Never heard of this Application previously. These generates research opportunities for Librarians to greatly impact correctness, completeness and compliancewhich eventually impacts TMOs overall bottom line.

  • Meetings with Data Certification Candidates
  • Tracking Data Certification progress
  • Tracking Data Certification results
  • Tracking Data Certification escalations


What It Takes:

  • Ability to talk to users in a non technical manner
  • Ability to manage a meeting and document action items
  • Ability to manage their time
  • Ability to communicate progress/non progress and why
  • Manage escalations from users in a non confrontational manner
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be actively enrolled in a degree program or graduated with the last year
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships


Employers does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students of F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation reimbursement may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on experience/location.
