Job duties:
Prepare and proofread invoices, presentations, brochures and invoices.
Establish and maintain office procedures and information filing systems.
Greet and direct visitors to the organisation.
Schedule meeting and appointments.
Answer phone calls and directing to relevant staff.
Process and direct incoming electronic and regular emails to regulate the flow of information.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
