As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to homeowners to identify potential opportunities for the sale of vacant homes or buildable lots. You will play a crucial role in building connections, gathering information, and ultimately contributing to the growth of our real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to homeowners using provided scripts.

Qualifying Leads: Identify homeowners interested in selling vacant properties or buildable lots.

Information Gathering: Collect relevant details about the property, such as location, condition, and the homeowner's motivation to sell.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Communication Skills: Clearly communicate our value proposition and create interest in potential sellers.

Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to the team regarding market trends and homeowner responses.

Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
