job summary:

Growing manufacturer in Tulsa is seeking a Document Control Specialist to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with file maintenance and handling incoming and outgoing orders in manufacturing. Excellent coordination, organization and communication abilities required, as well as ability to develop tracking systems to monitor correspondence. Degree preferred but not required. At least one year of experience in manufacturing required.

responsibilities:

• Develop a tracking system to monitor correspondence between customer and engineering/quality departments and track project progress
• Create and maintain files
• Work with engineering/project/sales departments to resolve document discrepancies and provide timely and accurate reports
• Evaluate the impact of project problems and update all estimates and forecasts based on any new data
• Improve estimating, planning, and cost control.
• Interface with customer and team members to explain estimates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• At least one year of experience in manufacturing
• Fusion Live or Aconex experience
