o 5+ years of experience acting as SCRUM Master for development team.

o 3+ years of experience working with Azure DevOps and utilizing its functionality.
o Candidates must have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task efficiently.
Interviews will not be held until after the 1st of the year.
Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared so share screen if asked. Use of headphones is strongly discouraged. A screenshot photo of candidate will be required for any Teams interviews as well as a vendor present at beginning of interview to validate candidate.
Duration: 1 year with possible extension.
On-site: Only currently local candidates (within a commutable distance) will be considered. Hiring manager is not interested in candidates who would need to relocate to accept role. Position will be hybrid, onsite 2 days a week.
The resource will act in ScrumMaster and BA roles for various in-flight projects including Software as a
Service solutions, vendor supported systems, and custom web applications. This resource will serve as a liaison between DHHS business partners and development teams, gathering requirements from the
business users, facilitating meetings, writing user stories, and developing test plans and cases.

Pay range - $35 to $40 per hour on W2.
