Hiring a Sr. Executive Assistant for a large Technology/e-commerce organization Headquartered in Seattle, WA

Hybrid in Boston (3x days per week onsite)

3-month contract with high potential to convert to permanent

5+ years of C-suite Executive Assistance experience required for consideration

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support multiple Directors in the cloud org. This is an important area for our business requiring strong focus and execution. The role will be responsible for a high volume of tasks including complex calendar management and scheduling, effectively prioritizing amidst a flood of information and requests ensuring an appropriate level of urgency is given, monitoring/tracking meetings, priorities and emails, and act as proxy when necessary, manage travel and expenses and all administrative support functions for this office. This role is also responsible for managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) to ensure appropriate and timely action on deliverables.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates will possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance, have impeccable attention to detail, make smart and timely decisions, and react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. The ideal candidate will also have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to switch gears at a moment's notice. High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is a must and a high degree of professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is required.

This position requires 7+ years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs, or CEOs) and excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Supporting multiple Directors, VPs, CEOs, etc

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Any experience managing headcount, and providing metrics for headcount

Interaction with team/Day to Day:

  • Will be working with 2-3 directors/VPs, keeping up with agenda/calendars, and helping with presentations and all-hands team meetings.

Calendaring, Calendar management, Executive administrative support, Concur, Microsoft Office, Executive support

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Keeping up agendas/calendars, experience managing for 2-3 directors
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • 5+ years of Executive/C-suite level support

Experience Level:

Expert Level - 5+ years of C-Suite Executive Assistance required for consideration
