What You Will Do:

As a Senior Consultant, your role will involve managing clients, implementing solutions, and delivering project results. You will be responsible for owning project workstreams and maintaining regular interaction with clients to ensure successful engagement. This includes participating in operational meetings and providing reports and presentations to both clients and internal executives. Additionally, you will lead and mentor consultants while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

As you enhance your project management skills and leadership abilities while managing multiple workstreams, you will have the opportunity to progress to the Managing Consultant level.

What You Will Need:

• No prior experience required
• Currently enrolled in an accredited advanced degree program (MBA, MD, PharmD, or PhD) with graduation expected by Summer 2024

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Prior work experience in healthcare and/or consulting industries
• Demonstrated interest in Life Sciences consulting
• Critical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills (both written and oral)
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and coach team members
• Understanding of clinical and business implications of technically complex products and services
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams
• Willingness to travel and work overtime when required
  
  

The annual salary range for this position is $86,100.00-$172,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on various factors, such as skills, experience, security clearances, certifications, and organizational needs.
