The Senior Segment Marketing Manager would join a team passionate about Micro Small Business and is responsible for driving marketing and experience plans to drive new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities include
  • Identifying segment audience insights, developing and implementing marketing programs for offerings including products and solutions across the segment channels
  • Developing the Strategy and execution plans for the Retail Experience Roadmap with responsible for messaging, creative briefing & identifying areas of opportunity and innovation
  • Aligning cross organizationally on initiatives to identify synergies and collaboration for new initiatives for retail experiences including geographic differentiation
  • Expanding TFB Retail experiences with new store formats, trucks, events and DTC enablement
  • Partnering with enablement and experience teams to deliver against business goals
This role requires strong communication and analytical skills to align on planning, launches, evaluation through analysis and incredible cross functional partnership. The successful candidate will work closely with marketing operations, retail channel partners, product marketing, GTM, marcom and digital teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements marketing plans, campaigns, and business cases for the communication and distribution of products, services, and solutions. Prepares recommendations for annual business plans and strategies as well tactical plans.
  • Partners with creative merchandising and advertising along with the agencies on creation of premier advertising and collateral to develop best value propositions and overall marketing calendar elements. Partners with marketing planning and analysis on potential promotion/pricing strategies; business tracking and analysis; partners with Consumer Insights on segment understanding, and with the product management team on product roadmap. The role requires strong cross functional partnership across the enterprise; specifically with sales, product management and web strategy operations leadership to ensure detailed execution and to create one look and feel for T-Mobile for Business products and services.
  • Responsible for identifying market size, preparation of business plans, and assists in business case recommendations for the defined Marketing and service portfolio.
  • Manages all marketing communication and distribution plans to include tracking of results. Prepares presentations for various audiences ranging from peers to executive level.
  • May lead/mentor less experienced peers
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Education: * Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Work Experience: * 4-7 years Marketing experience. (Required)
  • 4-7 years Experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods, with a focus on Marketing, Product Management or Sales. (Required)

Washington Pay Range : $140,200.00 - $189,700.00

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
