Process Improvement Director

Location: The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our office locations and will work on a hybrid work model (in office 1-2 days per week).

The Process Improvement Director is responsible for identifying and prioritizing opportunities for improvement, developing, and implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives for a business unit.

How you will make an impact:

  • Works with leaders and stakeholders to proactively identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Research, develop, and implement related best practices.
  • Develops metrics to track performance, progress, and goal achievement.
  • Serves as internal consultant relative to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identifies and develops plans to improve performance to be incorporated organization-wide.
  • Leads workshops and working sessions as needed to facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Teaches and coaches/mentors others in Process Improvement and Lean Six Sigma principles and project leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years of process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Kaizen leadership experience preferred.
  • Process automation and/or change management experience a plus.
  • Willing to travel to worksite and other locations as necessary.

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $108,000 to $194,400.
