Position Skills:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the Kentucky bar.
- Proven track record in commercial real estate transactions
- Strong experience in Mergers & Acquisitions
- Proficient in lease negotiations and drafting.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
