A prestigious organization with a national footprint is searching for a Registered Nurse Coordinator to spearhead its new Conscious Sedation Program. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including physicians, administrators, and nursing staff, to design and develop a comprehensive Conscious Sedation Program.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff involved in conscious sedation, ensuring adherence to established best practices, standards, and guidelines surrounding pre-, intra-, and post-sedation activities.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a conscious sedation quality management program.
• Advocate for patient-centered care and ensure that the Conscious Sedation Program meets or exceeds patient expectations for safety and comfort.
• Coordinate the allocation of resources, including staffing, equipment, and supplies.
• Establish robust documentation processes for the program, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• Active nursing license.
• CSRN preferred.
• Conscious sedation experience is required.

Additional info:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Part one will begin in Memphis Tennessee.
• Part two will include future launches in different geographical areas.
• Compensation: $135,000-$170,000
