- This position reports to the Company President and would be an ideal progression for an innovative senior manufacturing engineer who is looking to take the next step.
Our requirements are for someone with a minimum 12-20 years experience in production supervision in sheet and plate metal fabrication which Jims resume does not indicate. Candidate should be well versed and have led production processes that include lasering, forming, welding, cleaning, paint and assembly. Additionally the right candidate would have previous ownership of the production schedule, manage capacity planning utilizing an ERP system and has been directly involved with approving new production hires, conducting their reviews and handling any require disciplinary actions. Significant previous Plant Safety overseeing is required as well.
Experienced, results oriented individual to lead our manufacturing operation.
The successful candidate should possess a strong background in a variety of fabrication processes including lasering, forming, welding, machining, assembly, and paint. Proficiency in utilizing ERP system with a demonstrated record of increasing output and productivity through Associate involvement and process and flow improvements is also required.
