Senior Process Chemical Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Chemical Engineer to join our growing team in our global leading space outside of Houston, Texas. This is an opportunity to use your expertise to design, optimize, and implement innovative production processes that drive operational excellence.
In this role you will lead complex continuous improvement and cost reduction projects, identify and mitigate risks, mentor junior engineers, and work cross-functionally to maximize performance. You will have the backing of a stable company with strong values as we develop the next generation of sustainable products.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead process optimization initiatives, enhancing efficiency, quality and safety
- Develop and implement new production processes
- Provide process technology expertise and maintain documentation
- Identify, troubleshoot and solve complex operational problems
- Manage MOCs and test plans for raw material/vendor changes
- Mentor and develop early career engineers
- Ensure adherence to process safety and environmental regulationsWe offer:

Qualifications
- Bachelors in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
- 10+ years experience in continuous chemical production
- Six Sigma Certification a plus
- Excellent project management and communication abilities
- Collaborative team player and creative problem solver
- Passion for developing sustainable production processes
