Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic Spa Sales Associate/Wellness & Beauty Coordinator-Esthetician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about holistic health, beauty, and superior customer service, and aims to achieve sales targets while managing daily spa operations. The candidate should be coachable, self-disciplined, focused, and committed, thriving in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding guest service and manage all aspects of guest experiences.
• Schedule appointments based on guest preferences.
• Present and sell Wellness Membership Programs, Gift Certificates, and retail products.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Target retail, re-booking, and Elevations booking goals.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with team members.
• Uphold accountability in all aspects of the role.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Meevo 2 or similar Spa POS systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer service and sales experience with commission pay.
• Solid wellness and beauty skincare knowledge.
• Licensed Esthetician in Texas is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in massage, spa, fitness, hospitality, or salon retail service is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of software and computer skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude.
• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:

• $15 to $17/hour base pay, dependent on performance.
• Plus Highly competitive sales commission and bonuses.
• Training period pay: $10 to $12/hour DOE.
