DCS Technologies is looking for a Information Technology Support Technician It is a full-time, permanent position.

The Information Technology Support Technician will be responsible for:

Communicating electronically or in person with the software users facing difficulties.
Execute solutions with references from guides, manual and other documents.
Provide advice and real time assistance to the user.
Perform follow-up communication to ensure customer satifaction.
Collect information and maintain problems & solutions log for the users.
Maintain records of daily communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken.
Can redesign document or user manual if required.
Assist clients with the installation of upgrades.
Provide proper network, internet support to the users.

Requirements:

Completion of Secondary School education is required.
Post-Secondary Education in the field is required.
