Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Experience: 4-10 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in water and wastewater engineering software, such as EPANET, WaterCAD, SewerCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Responsibilities:
As a Water/Wastewater Engineer you will:
Water Treatment: Design and optimize water treatment processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client specifications.
Wastewater Treatment: Develop and implement wastewater treatment solutions, focusing on efficient and environmentally sustainable practices.
Hydraulic Modeling: Conduct hydraulic modeling for water distribution and wastewater collection systems using software like EPANET and SewerCAD.
Infrastructure Design: Lead the design of water and wastewater infrastructure, including pipelines, pump stations, and treatment plants.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, and assist in obtaining necessary permits.
Project Management: Manage water and wastewater projects from inception to completion, overseeing budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their water and wastewater needs, provide updates, and address concerns throughout project execution.
Quality Control: Perform quality control on engineering plans, reports, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
