PayPal, Inc. seeks Business Project Management 3 in La Vista, NE

Job Duties: Engage with senior and executive management to determine project scope, timelines, and budgetary and personnel requirements. Deliver a diverse range of projects that align with the business and event marketing goals, evaluate event performance and ROI including lead tracking, surveys, post-event tracking, wrap reports, and recommendations for future events. Maintain accurate financial reporting, score carding, and presentations to assess project progress at each checkpoint. Create data-driven enforce change management processes to ensure compliance and that appropriate documentation is maintained to evidence completion. Utilize Clarizen and JIRA systems to manage development team’s work and interact with relevant Product teams. Manage program and project-level distribution of work across multiple stakeholders and teams, working across organizational boundaries to define portfolio and program interdependencies and plans. Identify, track, and prioritize program-level risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively addressing impediments and actively collaborating with leaders to resolve roadblocks and enable successful execution, leveraging lessons learned from prior experience and working to address and mitigate systemic issues.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Management Information Systems, Business Management, or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered or a closely related occupation.
