  • Direct inventory management and curate visually appealing displays.
  • Mentor and guide store managers, empowering them to surpass sales targets.
  • Enforce adherence to company policies, while maintaining pristine store appearance.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Possess 5 years of proven retail management experience, ideally within the furniture industry.
  • Showcase an impressive history of driving retail sales success.
  • Exhibit exceptional organizational and managerial acumen.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, adept at juggling multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and clerical tasks is advantageous.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Flexibility to embrace a full-time retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness for overtime.
