A large client supporting legal services is seekinginbound call center agentsto support a temporary project on site in Phoenix for a first shift schedules, Monday thru Friday! Must have experiencehandling inbound calls in a call center or similar environment handling high volume inbound calls.

• 7:00 AM MST - 3:30 PM MST
• 8:00 AM MST - 4:30 PM MST
• 9:30 AM MST - 6:00 PM MST
• 10:30 AM MST - 7:00 PM MST

Responsibilities

• The Client's Class Action business operates a call center to handle potential claimant inquiries and claims.
• The incumbent for this position is responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls, processing email, chat and callback interactions.
• Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed. Route calls as needed to appropriate resources.
• Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.
• Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team
• Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately
• Other projects as assigned by supervisor.
