Job Details
Director of Nursing
- Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the clinical nursing team
- Works in collaboration with the CMO & COO to achieve organizational goals and improve quality outcomes
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory boards
- Works with leadership team and department mangers to ensure quality patient care, care management, compliance, etc.
- Helps manage and develop budget
- Orients, trains, and mentors new hires and provides continued education opportunities to staff
Qualifications
- Master of Science, Nursing
- 10+ years related clinical experience
- 3 or more years proven leadership experience
