Navraj Sweets & Restaurant Ltd is an Indian restaurant which serve an exquisite, enticing, and enjoyable Indian cuisine with an elegant seating area. We provide many services which include dine in, take out, catering for all occasions, Wi-Fi, and a welcoming environment that will leave an everlasting impression. Currently we are looking to hire two Cooks for our restaurant.

Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years

Cuisine Specialties:
East Indian

Specific Skills:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods,
• Create and prepare a variety of curry dishes according to the restaurant’ s menu and standards,
• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of high quality,
• Estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
• Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Ensure the kitchen/work area is tidy and clean
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures and ensure that the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations,
