Northern Lights Group Canada is looking for an exceptional Office Administrator to join our team and help us execute growth strategy.

Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week, Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $30 per hour

The Office Administrator will:
• Establish work priorities, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
• Carry out administrative activities of establishment
• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
• Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
• Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, parking, maintenance and security services
• Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
• Assist in preparation of operating budget
• Schedule meetings and other arrangements for the employer
• Train and supervise staff


Employment requirement:
• Language: English
• Completion of secondary school
• 1 year to less than 2 years' experience related to office administration
