Employment Details: Permanent, Full-time position, 8hrs/day and 40hrs/week at an hourly wage of $28.
Requirements:
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• High school completion is required.
• 2 year to less than 3 years of experience.
Duties
• Prepare financial and accounting reports on a monthly basis.
• Handle company finances, must take responsibility of each transaction and ensure funds aren’t misplaced.
• Issue invoices to customers
• Perform calculation and prepare cheques for payroll
• Ensure receivables are collected in a timely manner.
• Keep accurate record of cash receipts and make bank deposits.
• Perform monthly account reconciliation and monitor general ledger transactions.
