Tasks
Configured and maintained routers and network devices and secure network for hotel operations.
Diagnosed and resolved guest and staff connectivity issues promptly.
Implemented security measures to safeguard and the hotel network preventing unauthorized access and threats.
Provide technical support to hotel staff, addressing network-related concerns.
Set up and install new hardware.
Managed network hardware and software.
Monitored network performance and resolve issues to ensure function smoothly.
Perform data backups
