Tasks
Resolve technical problems encountered by users.
Configuring and maintaining hotel network infrastructure to reliable internet connectivity.
Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.
Installing, configuring, and updating software applications to meet the hotel operational needs.
Providing timely and effective support to staff and guests for IT-related queries and issues
Provide training to users in response to identified difficulties.
Implementing and monitoring security protocols to safeguard data and maintain a secure IT environment
Managing printers, scanners other devices to enhance overall efficiency
