Role: Technical PMLocation: Spring, TX. (hybrid).( Only Fulltime/W2)Special Note: we need someone from Development exp who moved to PM role & should have coding experience.JOB SUMMARY: Manages activities of supporting program teams, internal and external development partners; ensures alignment with unit strategy and owns responsibility for overall program. Work well cross-functionally, have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, be able to operate successfully both strategically and tactically. Collaborate with multiple teams at different locations. Work directly with Product Managers, SME s and other stakeholders to gather requirements to understand their goals and work with the Dev and QA teams. Ability to effectively communicate with product managers, SME and other stakeholders. Passionate about innovating on behalf of customers, can demonstrate a high degree of ownership. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English language. Knowledge of ADO. Planning and execution of project activities. Development life cycle (Agile-Scrum/Test Driven Development) methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge. Using software quality assurance tools and processes. Collaborate with Developers and Management to understand the technical specifications of the product. Manage platform schedules and deadlines. Good understand on application functionality and features. Knowledge of conferencing rooms applications like Zoom/Skype/Microsoft Teams. Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders. Qualification: Bachelor's or master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent. 8 to 10 years TPM/program management experience
