Role Responsibilities


Strategic Content Development - Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our digital banking goals, focusing on user engagement and conversion.

UX Writing and Accessibility - Create clear, concise, and engaging copy for our digital platforms, ensuring content is accessible and adheres to UX best practices.

SEO Optimization - Apply SEO principles to content creation, ensuring high visibility and ranking in search engine results.

Brand Voice and Style Management - Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all digital channels, adapting content for a diverse international audience and considering cultural nuances.

Content Performance Analysis - Use analytics tools to track content performance, optimizing based on user feedback, testing, and business objectives.

Collaboration and Teamwork - Work closely with UX designers, researchers, and product teams, ensuring content and design coherence and effectiveness.


Role Requirements


Experience in content strategy and UX writing within digital banking or financial services.

Proficiency in creating accessible content, adhering to UX best practices.

Strong skills in SEO optimization and content performance analytics.

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience in using Figma or similar design tools is advantageous.

Bilingual English & Spanish. Portuguese is nice to have.

Portfolio that highlights your expertise in content strategy, UX writing, accessibility standards, and SEO optimization in the context of digital banking or financial services.

SalaryThe on-target earnings range is $99,165 - $145,422 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
