Job Title: Designation: Front Office/Receptionist (Female) Experience: 2-4 years Qualification: Any Graduate Age limit: 22-27 years Location: 31, TBR Tower, 2nd Floor, J C Road, Bengaluru-560027 Roles & Responsibilities: Greeting and welcoming the guests as they approach the front desk Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, papers, first-aid kit, etc) Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail & packages. Answering all calls and directing as needed Scheduling meetings Coordinating office administrative activities Answer questions and address complaints Receive letters, packages etc and distribute them to the concern Check, sort and forward emails Monitor office supplies and place order when necessary Keep updated records and files Take up additional duties as assigned Skill Required: Proven experience as front desk representative Familiar with front office position (e.g. EPABX, FAX, Printer etc) Knowledge of office management and basic book keeping Proficient in Kannada & English (oral & written) Good knowledge of MS office tools Strong communication and people skills Customer service orientation Compensation: CTC 1.8-2.64 LPA Terms: Candidate should be ready to join within 7-15 days time after selection Selection Process 1.
