We are seeking a Retail Sales And Loan Clerk to become a part of our team! Full time with 1-1/2X paid for over 40 hours. Part time possible. Our store hours are Mon - Fri 9-5:30 PM, Saturday 9-3 PM, Closed Sundays and most holidays.

You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. We are the area's oldest pawnshop and you will also be assisting with the writing of loans and collecting payments from customers. We also sell merchandise through the Internet and you may be needed to help with online listings.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and identify customer needs
Explain products and services to customers
Write sales receipts and process sales.
Write pawn loans
Collect loan payments
Photograph items and create listings.
Pack and ship items sold on the Internet.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints if any with the assistance of management.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to thrive in a personal service environment
Ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Computer Skills are a must.
