Patient Ages: All ages - 20% Ped, 60% Adult, 20% geriatric

Procedures: None

Cases: General Primary Care; Pain Management; Chronic Issues

Support Staff: 2 MA's

EMR/Charting: NextGen

Requirements

Boards: Board Certified; Board Eligible

Certifications: BLS; DEA
