To participate in the client projects as key project member and ensure the delivery on time, budget and customer satisfaction, providing practical HR programs/solutions that contribute to organizational success and support business strategies of the identified clients. Able to lead small project (less than 50 million RMB).
Under the guidance of the project manager, design the outline of the interview, conduct interviews, summarize the main points, conduct benchmarking survey, discuss the project ideas and solutions
Familiar with methodology and tools provide necessary training to client such as job description and IPE training
Draft and discuss client reports under the guidance from project manager. Works closely with client to understand clients expectation and feedback for further improvement and final presentation.
Provides guidance to project team analysts and ensures timely delivery of work and achievement of project objectives.
Support assessment center and draft evaluation report; developing clients, draft project proposal, and participate in the bidding meeting.
