What youll do


Lead and inspire a team of professionals in the Emerging Technologies Group, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a culture of innovation.
Develop and execute strategies for the group, with a focus on artificial intelligence, data analytics, metaverse technology, and interconnected technologies.
Drive the exploration and adoption of generative AI techniques to enhance our product offerings and create new business opportunities.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate emerging technologies into existing processes and to develop new solutions.
Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI, data analytics, metaverse, and interconnected technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and partners to facilitate knowledge exchange and collaborative projects.
Oversee the execution of research and development projects, ensuring they are on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, nurturing their professional growth and expertise.
Present findings, recommendations, and progress reports to senior management, effectively communicating the potential and impact of emerging technologies.
Continuously evaluate and improve the group's processes, efficiency, and effectiveness to drive innovation and business growth.



Your qualifications


Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
Substantial experience in artificial intelligence, with a focus on generative AI, and a proven track record of successful project outcomes.
At least 5 years of management experience in a technology-driven environment, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of AI, data analytics, metaverse technology, and interconnected technologies, with practical experience in applying these concepts to real-world problems.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and creative problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, and familiarity with AI frameworks, data analysis tools, and metaverse platforms.
Knowledge of industry standards, ethical considerations, and data privacy regulations in the field of emerging technologies.
