to join our
R&D Engineering team

Our site includes R&D and Operations.You will be integrated into a multidisciplinary project team.
This two-term position is required to support our R&D team to develop new luminaires.

Duration: May- December 2024


Salary Range: $21-$25 /Hour

What youll do:

Build and test LED concept luminaires.

Test and evaluate LED boards and drivers.

Conduct thermal and structural evaluation tests.

Create and revise SolidWorks and AutoCAD drawings

Develop innovative solutions for electrical, IP, thermal and mechanical systems.

Evaluate the customer needs and specifications for various systems and products.

Conduct competitive analysis by collecting and processing data using web scraping techniques.
Qualifications:

Enrolled or in progress in the field of Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics

Proficient in MS Office and able to create professional documents and presentations

Experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD

Familiar using power tools and hand tools

Comfortable working independently and with others

Good mechanical and electronics aptitude

Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)


This position could lead to a full-time, at-will role within Signify.
