Schedule:

• Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• 100% outpatient position 
• Low patient volume, up to 16 PPD
• Rotating and remote call systems among 5 providers

Practice Details:

• Dedicated to providing quality healthcare for Native Americans and communities served
• Comprehensive services include Primary Care, Dental, Telehealth visits, MAT Program, and AIDS clinic

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed $300k base salary with 2-year contract
