Role Description: Responsibilities: Strong troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve a wide range of HW and SW issues related to desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person assistance Install and configure operating systems, applications, and software updates on user machines Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect the organizations IT infrastructure Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline routine tasks and improve efficiency Work closely with others It professionals to resolve complex issues and implement new technologies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience 3+ years experience as aDesktop Support Engineer or in a similar role Strong understanding of Windows Experience with AD, Azure AD Excellent troubleshooting skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently or with a team Excellent organization skills
