Job Brief:

As a Marketing & Sales Specialist at Marsh in Romania, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing initiatives and connecting with audiences worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:

Brainstorming and developing creative marketing campaigns.

Assisting in both outbound and inbound marketing activities, such as content development, B2B materials, and event planning.

Collaborating with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.

Coordinating brand awareness efforts with our marketing and professional teams.

Localizing and executing initiatives across various channels to reach our target audience.

Undertaking individual tasks within our marketing plans.


Requirements and Skills:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

Proven experience as a marketing specialist or in a similar role.

Solid computer skills, particularly in MS Office.

Exceptional organizational and attention to detail skills.

Outstanding communication and writing abilities.

Commercial awareness coupled with a creative mindset.

Proficiency in English.

Native Romanian language proficiency.


Your Role and Impact:

Your tasks will include managing our LinkedIn account and sharing engaging in-house news with our followers, as well as contributing to our Marsh website. Additionally, you'll be a key player in marketing and communication campaigns for our largest clients, working on presentations, flyers, newsletters, and surveys. Your responsibilities will also involve aiding in the development of internal and external communication materials and translating various documents.
