The
Senior Account Manager
acts as a senior member of the team and is responsible for developing client growth strategies and plans. They run existing clients and grow their own client base, particularly surrounding enterprise clients and market-research agencies.

This role is encouraged to consistently provide excellent customer service to our external clients accounts, as well as represent clients needs and goals within the organisation. In addition, the role establishes and builds close working relationships with clients to present new and existing innovative ways to sampling, and to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
This role perfectly encompasses sales and account management.

Responsibilities

This role incorporates the following elements:
Developing and implementing a client acquisition, growth and retention plan that focuses on financial gains and customer happiness
Promote and present the companys products, services, innovations and developments to address clients objectives
Be the face of the business and provide knowledge of Profiles' panel, feasibility and pricing approach to clients, from project managers to CEOs
Build positive relationships with key partners
Report on successes and areas needing improvements
Own account relationships to insure they remain strong, productive and mutually helpful, with a goal of securing repeat business and achieving targeted revenues
Research business opportunities for viable income streams to support the rapid growth of client demand
Qualifications
A consistent record in the market-research industry to achieve and exceed your sales goals.
Able to develop and take exciting new offers to new client segments that fuel the growth of our business and explore new opportunities within the market.
You can establish trust through client management and maintain strong working relationships.
You are a skilled negotiator who can mediate discussions competently, making concessions while accomplishing goals and protecting interests.
You possess excellent communication and presentation skills (both oral and written).
