What you’ll do

Your mission is simple. You will spend 75% of your time recruiting agents of all levels to the team and 25% of your time coaching and consulting the team. You will keep the rest of the leadership team informed, and you will manage and monitor the expenses. You will analyze the market and create strategies to retain and transition new agents to the team. You will lead weekly meetings and team huddles while ensuring your team has the necessary tools and resources to succeed. 

The Details 

Salary: $80,000 in addition to a recruiting bonus and profit sharing. The right candidate can easily achieve $120,000 or more in total compensation.
