• Plan, direct, and coordinate print media advertising policies and programs for construction & home improvement markets.
• Design, develop and implement print media advertising strategies for construction & home improvement markets.
• Inspect layouts, advertising copy and other promotional materials for adherence to specifications.
• Liaise with management and home improvement magazines to plan and prepare print media advertising material to increase sales in the construction & home improvement markets.
• Liaise with home improvement magazines to develop partnership programs to promote services offered to the construction & home improvement markets.
• Research construction & home improvement services sales and marketing data and organize information to plan advertising campaigns.
• Prepare budgets and submit estimates for program costs as part of campaign plan development.
• Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.
• Assist with annual budget development.
• Draft & implement policy & procedure manual for print media advertising operations for construction & home improvement markets.


MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS: 2 years of experience.
